New House Video!

On November 13th we were asked by Ohio based company Premier Custom Builders to film one of their luxurious $700,000 model homes in Amber Trails (near Bainbridge, OH). Check out our "Examples" page to see the result.

Redesign...a year in the making

With so many choices and designs out there, we decided to revamp the look and feel of the website. This project has been ongoing for almost a year. Concept2Motion was created a year ago this month and has tucked quite a few miles under it's belt. So Happy Birthday Concept2motion!!



The new website utilizes JQuery. This enables animations, menu features and much more. We also incorporated shadowbox, so the videos can pop out in a cool manner ;-) Look for the full release coming before 2010.

Crystl Bustos Website

We've been super busy this Spring/Summer start off due to the nice weather . This past weekend, we've had the opportunity to film 3 time Olympic medal winner, Crystl Bustos. Crystl and her training coach, Howard Carrier, have decided to bring a whole new approach to online softball training with video.

I'm sure you've all seen the basic softball/baseball training videos that show the player how to hold the bat, how to properly stand and how to hit...but this time...they show the user how to do all this and more, from the first person perspective. Their training methods provide a unique and sound method that is guaranteed to be effective for all age levels.

http://trainme.us is Crystl's website that will host these videos. For only $59.95 a month, you gain access to watch these videos and much, much more. I'm excited to have had the chance to work with Crystl and Howard on this project and we may even have the priviledge to edit it as well. I'll try and post some footage as soon as I get a chance.

New Equipment..Redux

I added a MicroX flip to my Redrock M2 setup, as well as, a 7" VariZoom external monitor (See image below).

Back to snowy Ohio :-(

I returned from Illinois late Sunday and had a good cry....not because anyone died, but because I broke my LCD screen on my camera. (See image below)



















It really sucked, but it gives me an excuse to buy an external monitor now :-)

Dead Bodies Everywhere!!

I'll be going to Illinois this weekend to shoot a short film called "Dead Bodies Everywhere" (written & starring Shea VanLaningham). The film is about...

"a group of kids attacked by a mysterious man named Arthur Grigsby, who was a very tortured boy, that used to live on this
land. His father used to beat him somethin’ awful. Used to make him wear a potato sack over his head while he did it. Till he killed Arthur’s mother."

It should be fun...I will upload any pictures and footage as soon as I can. I also picked up 2 new lenses for my Redrock 35mm adapter. A Tokina 80-200mm AT-X f/3.8 & a Nikon 43-86mm f/2.8 lens.

New Menu Item

We just added a new menu item... "Production Pics", so check it out as we plan on adding many more new pics very soon.

Music Video Changed to Michigan

After some further negotiating...the venue spot changed to "The Crofoot" in Pontiac, MI. The concert was amazing! Attack, Attack did a fantastic job and the place was packed. Having the chance to meet Kevin and Brad from Thunder Down Country Productions (TDCP) was a great pleasure. The band performed 7 songs live from their current release "Someday Came Suddenly" and the three of us shot from several key spots to capture the perfect shots. I have my footage that is awaiting editing and then I'll post it in the example page. Keep an eye out on TDCP's myspace page for the final video to be released towards the end of March!

House of Blues Music Video

We are working with Thunder Down Country Productions to shoot a music video of Attack, Attack at the House of Blues in Chicago, Illinois. It will be a 45 minute set, but I'll be able to post any footage I shoot. Still in the works of getting more jobs, but there are several pending...including; a web cast of a sports show and a possible short film.

Added Example Videos

Happy New Year! 2008 was a great first year for us. It was hard to get off the ground, but we're glad we did. I'm anxious to see what 2009 will bring.
I've uploaded some new "Home Video Tour" examples today. The embedded links can be found on the example page HERE.
